Dr. Raunak S. Dhawale is an internationally trained Orthopaedic Surgeon dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to his patients, with special expertise in Complex Trauma, Robotic Joint Replacements, Arthroscopy and Sports Injuries.

He completed his MBBS degree from the renowned NKPSIMS & RC Nagpur, followed by Master’s degree in Orthopaedics from SKNMCGH, Pune, one of the best Medical Institutions in the state under MUHS. After his post-graduation, he pursued his senior residency at NKPSIMS & RC and at GMCH, Nagpur, and also served as an Assistant Professor at the prestigious GMCH, Nagpur.

To further refine his skills, he undertook a Fellowship in Complex Trauma at the prestigious P.D. Hinduja National Hospital, Mumbai. He continued his training there with additional Fellowships in Arthroplasty and later another Fellowship in Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine, gaining experience across PD Hinduja National Hospitals, Global Hospitals, Hinduja Healthcare Khar, and the Laud Clinic, all based in Mumbai.

His pursuit of advanced training took him internationally, first to Bremen, Germany, where he specialized in Primary and Revision Hip and Knee Arthroplasty, including the most recent and advanced Direct Anterior Approach for Hip Replacements. Dr. Raunak then moved to Sydney, Australia, where he trained under Prof. Leo Pinczewski, a world-renowned knee surgeon & a pioneer in ACL reconstruction surgery. He also worked as a Robotic and Navigated Hip and Knee Surgery Fellow across multiple hospitals under the St. Vincent’s Trust and Private Hospitals in Western and Eastern Sydney, one of the best hospitals in the Eastern Hemisphere.

These experiences and learning from the best minds in India and around the world have shaped his practice.
